Dr Berson listens to my concerns and addresses each and everyone. He is very warm and will do everything in his power to provide the highest quality of care. I let everyone who I know who is looking for an orthopedic doctor that he is the best.
Emergency Visit could not identify my swelling n painfull big toe. Emergency said call this Number n make an appointment. I did. Went checking in Staff very pleasant. Nurse asked @ll the questions n very professional. Waited 5 minutes Dr aBerson came in Hi how ya doing. 2nd are you here? Emergency told me to call. He has always listened to my issues and we have gone over the best way to proceed.
i had a problem with my foot on Saturday and was able to get into Dr Berson on Tuesday! the staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Berson listened and was thorough in his exam and X-rays. He was open and honest and did not jump to conclusions that “surgery” was the answer; which I appreciated. He assured me that if my condition worsened they would be there and all he could do currently was treat me as needed with medication. He explained the reasons behind my condition and was kind and empathetic.
I feel Dr. Berson is the best in his field. He is very informative.
Very efficient office. Got me in quickly, took X-rays quickly. Dr Berson examined my heel injury thoroughly and took the time to explain things, including stretching I should be doing before further sports activities.
After breaking my ankle in three separate locations, the emergency room set up my appointment with a different orthopedic surgeon. I then was contacted by the office that I will need surgery, and should see Dr. Berson. We arrived to the appointment, paid the co-pay to be greeted by Dr. Berson stating that he will be away next week, unable to do the surgery, and surgery will be with his partner who is not orthopedic surgeon which we wanted. This was my first time to meet Dr. Berson, I felt very comfortable, and he took care of my foot pain.The Nurse was also very helpful and friendly.
