Brought my vehicle in for rear suspension. Dwayne called back within a couple of hours to let me know what was wrong. Got my vehicle fixed before end of day. Very professional establishment with no hidden agenda and cost. Everything up front from what the vehicle needs to a very very reasonable, affordable price for the work needed. I have been a customer of Lawrence Auto for over 35 years. I chose them initially due to their reputations of honesty and competency in repair. I liked that they didn’t pressure me to fix something that could wait and were frank when it came time to buy a new car. Dave and Dwayne keep the shop organized and clean which demonstrates to me they are professionals who care as much for the shop as they did for my car. Highly recommend!
Theyre shady and tried scamming me on repairs not needed. Told me I needed brakes and rotors all around which when I went do do them they were all fine. And somehow magically both my front vacuum lines for my 4x4 were unplugged from the hub. Those just dont fall off. They told me the the “rear” vacuum lines were off. No such thing as rear vacuum lines for a 4x4 on a F150n STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE!!!!
