Lawn Tech ruined my lawn. I have requested for them to come fix the problem 3 times now. They are full of excuses but not solutions. I asked today to speak to a manager and no one called me back. I called in yesterday and no one answered. I messaged them on the weekend via Facebook and they told me they would call the next day. I called the day before that and they said someone would call me. Exceptional all around. Best lawncare company in the area.
We signed up for the program and paid them for the first treatment. But it looks like they never fertilized. They never sprayed for weeds. We asked them to aerate the lawn. When we called they would say that coming the next day but never show. Not impressed at all!!
I think that LawnTech does a great job. Had their pest control over to take care of a bug problem we had in our apartment and it worked great. Not seen a bug since the day after they sprayed.
We have been with Lawn Tech for many years but something has happened to this company. They don't seem to care about customer service any more. They have scheduled service and not shown up, I rescheduled and they cancelled twice. It's amost the end of June and they haven't come out for the 1st application yet. Why do I see their commercials for new customers when they can't take care of the ones they have. The best advertisement is by word of mouth and you lost a long time customer.
