They supposedly sprayed my flower beds for weeds in May 2019, we noticed weeds growing two weeks later. We have called them numerous times and still have not had anyone out to take care of the problem (they keep not showing up, once they went to the wrong address or they reschedule the appointment). We pre-paid our service for the whole season and feel this is poor customer service. I have had great service for the past 2 years. This year is a completely different story. After not showing up twice and no phone call the third time, I finally got my trees sprayed for aphids and bugs. The past couple of days I have noticed the disgusting insect all over my patio furniture. This morning after getting into my truck, I realized the outside of the truck is crawling with bugs. I get home from work and start looking at my trees.... the branches are covered and in some spots completely black from bugs.
Affordable and it works. I paid for the whole season at once and they gave me a discount. It’s the end of April and they’ve already come out twice. Nice to have a lawn free of weeds this spring!
For my Christmas present my parents would pay for entire season for my lawn. The first season was great. The second they seemed to slack off. Not showing up when they said they would, not closing my gate (luckily my dog didnt get out). They didnt even do one of the applications that was paid for. This season they have yet to even show up. I have a sign on my door that says No Soliciting and Post No Bills. Trevor M put the pamphlet on the front step. After working a long day, I had to pick that up. Not easy for someone with rhuematoid arthritis. I do not buy services at my front door.
They do not guarantee their work on winterizing your sprinkler system. I guess that’s not fair to say, they guarantee it for 30 days. They winterized my sprinklers October 11th. So if we do not get any hard freezes after November 9th I’m good. Why would anyone pay someone to winterize their sprinklers if they’re not going to guarantee their work? Not sure if I should pay them. Pretty sure I better find someone else to winterize them.
