I was away from home and I used them to mow my yard. They completely destroyed my front yard and told me since I was away from home. As professionals if there were problems they should have contacted me that's why you hire professionals, but since they knew I was away from home cause I put it in my service notes, they didn't. They instead kept charging me full price to mow a lawn that they killed and no longer had to mow a large part of it. They are a huge scam. Do not use them they don't care. Update: talked to Megan on the phone who credited my account . Hired then for flower bed weeding services. The “pro” only completed a partial job and LawnStarter only offered me a $30 credit. The weeds were supposed to be hand pulled and then sprayed. Very disappointed in this service.
