Highly Recommended! Hector did an amazing job with our landscaping. He showed up early, got straight to work, and finished everything quickly without sacrificing quality. He went above and beyond the service I originally paid for, and the yard looks incredible. On top of that, he was very communicative throughout the whole process. I came across LawnStarter because my gardener retired. Great service! Roberto did a great job on my lawn and I even hired him to trim my bushes and trees for extra.
They paired me with a 1-star reviewed “pro” who I couldn’t get a hold of to find out if/when they were coming despite multiple messages over multiple days. They ended up giving me a 30-minutes notice that I didn’t see, showing up unannounced (scary), botching my lawn, clippings everywhere, and the cherry on top tacked on an additional $53 fee for the service. But they don’t let you cancel your plan in app or with a phone call. Scam, and frightening that they give such questionable people PII.
Great service every time. I really appreciate this company on the upkeep of my yard.
