I loved the idea of being able to arrange lawn services through my app. We usually mow our own yard, but with a new baby and during the summer heat, it was difficult. THEY HAVE LIED AND STATED THEY CAME TO CUT MY GRASS THREE TIMES... THEY NEVER CAME
Awful and undependable. I’ve never left a bad review before, but LawnStarter inspired me. Absolutely unprofessional. They agreed to a fixed amount and a time frame. They increased the price for no apparent reason, then never showed.
This company is an absolute rip off! They quoted me $29 to mow our lawn and then and then an additional amount if the grass was longer than 6”. After the mow I was charged $44 for the long grass fee. I had literally mowed the lawn 8 days prior to their mow. Then I was supposed to get a mow service weekly. There was supposed to be a crew out on the 6th, they no showed. Canceled services and still have people from their company coming to cut my grass. Avoid this company
RecommendedIf you want to be charged $85 for your lawn to be mowed and then they leave big clumps or dead grass all over and having to write customer service over 10 times with no assistance but “that’s in your terms” after I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year!! Horrible dissatisfied !!

They charged me $601 for a service that I had cancelled and then I was told that they could not do anything about it even though on their website I told the technician I would do the work myself. I was charged almost $1,000 for a cut that looks like a 12 year old did. This company is highway robbery and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I still have another cut so I had them charge me for it and not return to my house. This company sucks.
