I have an 87 yr old mother with Demencia. They make appt for her at 6:45 and you have to wait because the Dr has 5 patients ahead still waiting. Doesn’t make sense why they would schedule someone and make them wait so long. Especially an elderly person with Demencia. Disappointing for sure.

I have given Lawndale an entire week to remedy the very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced last week. I came in for a service, which wasn't provided, then told I would have to make another appointment for the service. When asked to speak to the site manager, I was given a complaint form. Eventually, I spoke with a supervisor for a totally different team and was told I would hear back. Nothing. I asked for a refund of my co pay as the reason for my visit wasn't fulfilled, told no.
