As pretty as the clinics are they lack in customer service I should not be placed on 10 to 15 minute holds to place an appointment. Your calls get transferred back to back. Unacceptable. The I just don't see the Christian part in these clinics from my experience. Even when you speak with a supervisor they are unprofessional.
