Made a prepayment March 2023 of $380 for percentage off tree injections to be done during 2023. Contacted multiple times about this and told arborist is no longer working with them/retired/moved on and someone would call me back. No call back. Called multiple more times and still no call backs. 12/28/23 went to business and secretary gave us owners cell number. Terrible experience, wrecked my playset and will not call me back to resolve. It has been three weeks now.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I hired them to level out the side of my yard, and it wasn't done right. I had them back at my house immediately, to which they agreed it was not done correctly. I have been trying since October to have it fixed, and cannot get anyone to call me back. At the end of April, I spoke with the owner, to which he said give him until the end of May. Today is June 17 and I STILL can't get anyone to respond to my phone calls.
Had them for years and they slowly went downhill. Last year they had a guy doing yards and he went to my neighbor's house and treated his yard instead of mine. Then when actually treating my yard, he sprayed a bush and killed the backside of it. The owner said he'd replace it if it didn't come back. It hasn't come back. The back of it is still all dead. Now the owner won't respond to my messages. He said he'd call over a week ago and hasn't and now reads my messages but won't respond. I do not recommend them.
RecommendedWe love our beautiful lawn this year!! Hired other lawn care in the past and was very disappointed! Now Lawn Wranglers are in control and our lawn has never looked better!!
