Consistent, timely & affordable service.
Excellent snow plowing service. They’ve been doing our alley in St. Paul for at least 8 years and always do a good job. Even during really heavy storms they are reliable and communicate well.
Signing up for Lawn Care Express' services was easily one of the ten best ideas we ever had. Not only are their prices extremely affordable, but the yard always looks great. The few times we have actually had to contact their offices, the employees have always been prompt and helpful. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
The snow plow driver who came through our alley was unnecessarily rude. We had to move a car into our driveway from the street and it got stuck in the alley right outside our driveway. The driver barked at me, told me to stay home next time, swore at me, and scratched up my car with his snow shovel before storming off.
TL;DR — I do not recommend this company. First things first, I was happy with the actual lawn care services I was provided (in Duluth, MN). Since I work from home, I'm always onsite when the company came to cut my lawn. The crew seemed professional and adept at their jobs. It's not the most detail-oriented lawn care service, but they're fast and provide a sufficient cut for the cost. Based on the actual lawn care alone, they provide a great value. You guys PROMISED our lawn was going to be mowed 5/5 and it is now 5:00 and NO ONE has come to mow. There is NO way to contact our service because there is no phone number and your customer contact site is NOT working.
Im not one to do reviews, but am highly annoyed and would love for someone to express that with my small business if tables were turned. I was recommended to reach out from a community member who had an amazing experience. I emailed, and was responded back to fast and all my questions answered. Wanted next day service which I know is hard. Was told they would check and get back to me. Finally late the next day emailed cause I hadn't heard from anyone.
