I scheduled them like a weeks ago they have rescheduled me 5 times, I have called the customer service line they say someone will come out the next day then they don’t show up. Been trying to contact a manager they said they would call me back never called me back re scheduled my appointment for 3 days later.

These people are scams. They some how signed me up for service cut my grass twice. Have no idea how they got my information. Now they want $80.00 for service I did not want.

I signed up for the service and have been consistently rescheduled for 2 weeks strait. After the 4th reschedule in 2 weeks I called because my lawn was in dyer need of a cut and they said they would try to get a service team out that day and would call me back.... I am still waiting........

I paid for monthly weed and fertilizer. My lawn looks worse than when it started. Weeds have been taking over and it is so sparse and patchy it was an absolute waste of money.

First week went great. Ever since then I’ve been reschedualed on for 3 weeks in a row now and still have not had anyone come to mow the lawn. Every time i call I hear “oh yea they are scheduled for tomorrow” and “we will wave the long grass fee”............. we’ll that’s cool... it’s long because y’all don’t show up to work
