Great attitude and skill!
At first they were excellent. Then they became a RIP OFF. THEY STARTED RESCHEDULING 3 OR 4 TIMES EACH TIME THEY WERE SCHEDULE TO CUT THE GRASS. THEN WANT TO CHARGE YOU DOUBLE. ONE TIME THEY CHARGED ME $140 FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT PERFORM. TOOK A NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS BEFORE I GOT A SUPERVISOR TO CORRECT THE OVER CHARGE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GET AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU QUESTION THEM .
We just tried Lawn Love for the very first time and it will be the only time. Not only did the lawn “pro” try to negotiate a higher payment than was listed in the booking, but he also did not follow the instructions. I had left a note in the booking to leave the certified Monarch Waystation on the property alone and even pointed it out to him when we did a walkthrough of the property beforehand.
