At first the service was great. Since June 24, my last service. They have rescheduled my service six times, my grass has grown exponentially and today I was told I had a pro scheduled to mow my yard. Just called at 6:30pm and the representative tells me that she doesn't see anyone scheduled to cut my lawn today so on top of all the reschedules I was lied to this morning. I cancelled all future services with Lawn Love and will never utilize this service again. They lied to me and have lost a very good customer, not to mention... read more
Had an PERFECT experience with these gardeners/landscapers. I'm so grateful we found them, especially after an AWFUL experience with a previous landscaper but they were as detailed as we were and worth every penny! Thanks!
Lawn Pros often cancel scheduled appointments , are in a rush, frequently change assigned person and don't know what has to be done. Very frustrating although priced unreasonably.
