Our neighbors hired this company to take care of their lawn. On two occasions they sprayed herbicide on the fenceline, which blew through, and landed on our garden. No more tomatoes! We spoke to the employees and they told us they wouldn't do it again. The next time they came they mowed over the lilly in our front yard and weed wacked our milkweed plant. So super easy and simple to use. Set it up late at night. Set the dates I wanted them to come and choice what I wanted done and what yard. Gave me prices and everything. My lawn looks amazing!!!!

Re-scheduled 6 times. Last time customer service agent said they would follow up the following day and make the job a priority. Never followed up. Lawn care provider never arrived again. 2 weeks of frustration and lack of communication plus inability to schedule. Complete waste of time.

Waited through a week of being rescheduled every day. Picked up a phone and dialed a local provider, they'll be here tomorrow.
