It’s is now just about mid April and they still did not Fertilize my lawn. Neighbors across the street in both duplexes are brand new customers and had there’s done already. I will have weeds constantly because they wait too long to apply Ther first. Application. Very poor customer service
The Management has changed, and the priority. I worked their 10 years, this isn't a vengeance review, it's factual. If you're in Decatur there's no real people you can count on for proper service. If you live in Decatur you know my name. I hope you can find good service.
Bobby has been taking care of our yard for a number of years and we couldn’t be more pleased. Always lets us know when he’s coming and has provided invaluable guidance and recommendations. Jessica in the office has always been able to answer any questions we might have and provides great customer service. Six stars to both.

This is our second season with Lawn Doctor of the North Shore and our lawn has never looked better! Derek and his team have us on a schedule so we never have to think about what and when to take care of our lawn. The team is always informative about what services they provided and how our lawn is doing. And on top of it, Derek is very responsive if you ever have a question. It is a great service!
I don't think the same people own the company. Last year was a joke. 2 times they did nothing. Looking for someone else now. Been with them many years but a joke now.
Have been a loyal Lawn Dr Murfreesboro client for around 15 years. Every single year they have over-seeded our yard. This year I slipped up and did not call up to schedule. When I realized I did not have an over-seeding scheduled I called and to get on the schedule. They told me I was too late and would let me know if and they got a cancellation.I called today again but no cancellations. The lady said they could not help me this year.
