I cancelled Lawn Doctor after repeated disregard for a simple but critical safety instruction. Since 2024, I have repeatedly told the company to keep our gate closed and not enter our property until confirming that someone is home. They knew we have two dogs with access to the backyard and that leaving the gate open could result in one of them escaping. Service was great for the first year. In the last six months we’re offered supplemental enhancements for additional cost. In the last 2-3 months salesman Frank calls my husband at least bi-monthly to pitch something else- most recently a special pre emergent. Oddly he 2 weeks ago called post-application touting something that was listed in recent treatment. I get operating expenses are through the roof for everything and everyone. I called Cheryl at Lawn Doctor to help me with an aphid problem. She was very kind and helpful. She contacted Gabriel who came out within a few days to take care of my aphid problem. Gabriel did a great job. Cheryl did a great job.
Great company, very professional. They provide services for my yard on specified days we have requested due to watering restrictions. My technician Larry Johnson is awesome!!!
I've had a great experience with this company. Everyone has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They do a great job keeping our lawn, trees and shrubs healthy, and it's reassuring to know they're staying on top of treatments throughout the year.
