So far so good,have had only one application. This is our third year of your service still very happy! The only thing is , I had two referrals and all of the ways to receive my rewards are on things that I don't use.
First year was great, but new tech this year is incompetent. Worried about speed not quality. Burned my yard, consistently missed weeds, poor commuication, etc. Worked with customer service to attempt to resolve my concerns and was totally dissappointed. Said they wanted to "make things rights" then did nothing, but quote added services.
Technician was only applying for a total of five minutes. Looking at the tire tracks it appears some of the lawn did not get treated. Did not appear to be a good job, but a in and out as quickly as possible. Will be watching future treatments to see if similar applications practices are repeated.
Very happy with the results! Decently priced and the team is very friendly!
