Scheduled a mowing service, they never showed up. Called, got a vague excuse and no reschedule option.
Paid full price upfront for a full lawn treatment, but the grass still had brown patches and weeds everywhere. No follow‑up, no fix.
In October I paid $450 dollars for two fall services. It is December 1st and so far I have received only one service. I can’t get through to the office by phone - answering machine only. My email to them is returned undelivered with “server error”. I am beginning to fear I have been taken. If this is an honest misunderstanding I will post a follow up. The attention to detail is excellent. They convinced me I needed to overseed my lawn and they were right. Great company.
