Lawn Doctor employees are the best! I recently had them treat some crabgrass and when he came out several weeks later to apply another application he actually checked to be sure it was gone! I have always been very happy with their service and employees, they are the best.
Today,8/14/25 after getting 2 additional weed treatments, because of Broadleaf & Crabgass growth, my lawn looks worse than it has, since initial seeding! I don't know if I really P.O. somebody and the extra weed treatments were to ruin my lawn? It doesn't matter. The last "Tech" was talking about aerating and "Power Seeding"my lawn at the end of this season!! How much more will this cost? & He also talked about possibly needing soil samples to treat the soil. The people have bad attitudes and they tell you a price in the phone and then over charge, they tore up some lawn too. I’ve use Bykerk landscaping before they aren’t amazing but way better than this and the people are way nicer!
Technician: Jacob took the time to stop and discuss my lawn with me for about 10-minutes and then proceeded to take his time to insure a good and thorough application was made to my lawn. The time he spent on my lawn today equaled what my prior lawn care company spent on my lawn in total on their three prior visits combined - they always seemed to just want to rush over the yard vs. Jacob’s appearing to really care about what he was doing.
