We have used them for a few years. The lawn treatment never seems to be exactly right. They have kept weeds away but in return our yard has had a lot of brown undergrowth throughout. This spring we believe they over fertilized our yard which killed the newly planted grass.

I only used them for about a half summer. Two times they left my gate open after treating my back yard. I caught it the first time, but not the second and my dog got out. luckily a neighbor of mine found him down the road and brought him back to me. I called the office to tell them about this and did not get a call back. I called again 2 days later and demanded a refund for my remaining services since I prepaid for the year, which they did give me. I think their customer service could be a lot better.
