I was not at all impressed by their service. The second time they came out, I was sitting in my kitchen and did not see the technician in my backyard at all ! I called the office to find out what application had been done and was told it was spot treatment for weeds. I know for a fact this was not done in the backyard and highly doubt it was done in the front either because the weeds are worse than ever and have noticed none dying ! RecommendedI have been using Lawn Doctor for many years. Always great service. Lawn looks fantastic. I have received many compliments on the lawn from neighbors walking past.
this company is very unprofessional. we are currently remodeling our yard and called them out to take care of the lawn. they told us they would be out Tuesday so we gave the construction workers a day off so the company could come out to spray the yard. they called around 4pm to say they weren't coming out today because the service tech "didnt have an extra pair of boots".
