Loved the service, then there was a billing kerfluffle (I auto-renew for full years ever year) and I got one phone call from a very rude woman that demanded I pay them (mind you, I'd been a pre-pay customer for the previous two years too). When I said I believed I'd purchased the full year at the end of the previous year as usual she said "Nevermind" and hung up on me. They discontinued my service and sent my account to a collection agency. No follow up, no warning, no nothing. Just "Nevermind" and a hang up.

I filled out the information last night and the very next day Lawn Doctor folks visited my house. They developed a plan for me 2020. Looking forward to a better lawn this year with these guys
