Our yard technician, Andrew Winters, has done a great job with our yard. He keeps the proper pH and food to make our lawn beautiful and weed free. Revisits, which are seldom needed, are done quickly and efficiently.
Lawn Doctor is the best. Since the start they have been responsive to questions and prompt service. Clint and Terry have been great and very professional. They take time to answer any questions I might have about my lawn or trees. Thanks guys
I'd like to comment on our service technician Drew Tong. While he has not serviced our yard for as long as our previous technician, he has been really a welcome addition. Anyone that knows me, including Lawn Doctor knows how particular I am about the condition of my yard. I have fescue in the front yard and a hybrid Bermuda in the back. We recently moved to Lawn Doctor after our former lawn company merged with another firm. Lawn Doctor President Mark Williams came by to assess our lawn and was very up-front in setting up our services. The first of these was to our trees and shrubs. Our tree and shrub specialist, Terry, was exceptionally nice and noted some potential problems with some of our younger trees. We look forward to seeing him again.

No ownership for their mistakes. We paid for flea and tick service, but the recent person who serviced our home did not complete the job and it almost cost the life of our dog due to Lyme disease. When we said that we would discontinue with the service after three years, there was no care for the mistake that was made. When you pay a high price for a service, you would assume there would be more care and ownership for business sake.
We have been with Lawn Doctor for about 3 years. Before we started our front yard looked bad. Now it's green and beautiful. So now we having them reseed our backyard to have the same beauty. Awesome customer service and technicians.
