My wife and I moved to Madison last year and signed up with Lawn Doctor for tree and shrub service as well as full lawn service that included a controlled kill of our yard and power seeding. In the first year of service we experienced multiple shrubs dying and cancelled that service, but the yard came in great, so we continued with them for that service this year. We hate that you were not satisfied with our services. The technician had made recommendations for the disease control program as well as core aeration and seeding. Several of our lawns do have to be seeded each year due to mother nature. Whether it's lots of shade, sloped areas, or due to disease. That is something that is out of our hands. We have used them for a few years. The lawn treatment never seems to be exactly right. They have kept weeds away but in return our yard has had a lot of brown undergrowth throughout. This spring we believe they over fertilized our yard which killed the newly planted grass.
