Had high hopes but soon realized that Lawhorne's schedule was more important than mine. Paid 100% of install cost and got about 97-98% of the work done. I was told on numerous occassions that my project was next in line for sanding and finishing - got little to no response from the Owner about when install work would be finished, when sanding and finishing would start.
