Visiting from out of town. they were very welcoming The food was excellent customer service was impeccable. The highlight of my visit. Highly recommend also prices were good too
First timer. Daughter had fried liver that looked burnt and deep fried in old grease. Slaw had relish or salad cubes in it which I'm not used to. It threw the flavor off. Fried whiting was okay. Okra was the typical okra. Priced really high. Was very disappointed with the quality of food for the price. Will not be going back.
Very Good Soul Food!!!! I have visited the restaurant as well as had a catering done for a family reunion. They give you plenty of food and it was a hit amongst my family. I will be using them again. #2thumbsup

Great food, love it...everything,and service......
The meal was very good & the young girl taking orders was very nice. Since it was my first visit she offered samples to be sure I liked the sides I was choosing. Looking forward to returning.
Evertime we in Charlotte we eat here. Price is kind od high but the food was good.
