Bad advise & no accountability for their mistakes. Santiago Padilla will most likely screw up your Visa and not return your money. He charged us heftys fees to file for H1B advanced degree for me and my wife, knowing we did not meet the criteria. We were selected by USCIS, just to get a Request for Evidence that we could not fulfill because he did not tell us in advance we did not qualify. Wasted $8,000 in bad advise.
