I am currently suing Mr. Sullivan, who former partner has already been disbarred; Mr. Sullivan is currently under investigation by the State Bar, but apparently being protected by Carol Langford, another fellow USF Law grad, who abuses her authority on the S.F. Bar Ethics Committee. Sullivan took my money for an ill-advised appeal - necessary because he made a series of blunders as we discovered later - and then failed to file an Opening Brief.
