Receptionist by the name of Ana is rude, I called to inquire about a case ans while explaining to her, she hang up on me. and tried to call back again and she did it again, I was being nice and just trying to ask questions but she is not very helpful. This kind of employees is not good with the firm. I fee like she really hates her job. poor customer service and attitude problem.
