I do not recommend this person to anyone. He will take your money and do nothing, and then when you want your money back, he won't give it to you.
Stay away from this attorney. I paid Alex Tovarian $6,000 and got incomplete filings, weeks of ignored messages, and outright threats when I asked questions. He billed 30 minutes to submit a one-page form, 1.3 hours to review country conditions after I’d already fired him, charged me twice for the same scheduling order, and even billed for a “free consultation.” His staff — who aren’t licensed attorneys — gave me false legal advice that could’ve ruined my case.
