Got a Fresh Start – Its been a trying time, and with trying times comes the need for some help. I can't say going through a bankruptcy is pleasant, its not let me assure you. But Nicki and Sean really helped me out. The secret, its email, they always respond to emails. Client's complain about not returning phone calls, emails really help. Please give them a call, bankrtupcy is not fun, but this firm really will help you get through it.
he owes me money – He owes me money and still hasnt paid. i want to get it back from him before he heads off to prison and gets his accounts raided by the federal government. Nothing I didnt expect from this Lawyer – I didnt get anything from Mr.. Gjerde I didn't expect. A lawyer client relationship is a collaboration. You can't expect to throw your problems over the counter and make them disappear. I had to manage things with this office as I expected to. When things didn't go as well as i thought they should, Sean always made them right and did so fairly. Was good and cheap in getting my Bankruptcy done. – I got my bankruptcy done quickly and efficiently with this firm. My only complaint is that my phone calls generally took a couple of days to be returned, but he always was fast in responding to my email. Bankruptcy is a hard thing for anyone to go through so I was glad he helped me get through it. He was inexpensive as well, I shopped around. I would certainly recommend him and already have.
GREAT DIVORCE ATTORNEY – I have a psycho flippin ex wife! I have gone through 2 attorneys, the first wouldn't do anything to save my life. the second was literally just slow and couldn't keep up, but after I met with Sean Gjerde he cost a little bit less than the others, and sure enough he was an excellent litigator, anyone can do the paperwork, it is in the heat of the moment when having a great attorney on your side really helps, I now have full custody, and my children are safe! I owe my life to Sean Gjerde.
Crook and Liar Attorney – I totally agree with the last guy's comments. This guy is a crook. Please be carefull and don't give him any business. He'll be more headache to deal with after you sign him up. This guy is a crook, Liar and bastard. Please find a real attorney who take care of your case and don't beat around the bush. If you ever sign him, he'll be your worst nightmare to deal with. Be Warned! Any other attorney be better than this crook. He messed up my case so, I want others to be careful.
Attorney of the year – I just completed a case with Mr. Gjerde and found him responsive and efficient on questions. I was able to get my divorce done in a very fast amount of time, and the price was reasonable. What the person below doesn't seem to understand is one, attorneys are not regulated by the American Bar Association, nor are their any complaints given to them, and two attorneys, ALL attorneys work off retainers, so often the cost is higher then the initial retainer. WARNING!!!!!! – WARNING>>>WARNING>>>Sean Gjerde is the Worst Lawyer Ever....Do not go to him no matter what!!! He will take all of your money, make you promises and not follow through with any of them. He then will then make up fictional quotes to not return any of your money.
