YOUR CRAZY – I have had many experiences with attorney's throughout my divorce and child custody issues with my ex husband. I want to say that Sean handled my case wonderfully. Not only did you help me and the other party work out a full agreement, but he helped me get a court order that my ex husband pay all of his fees!!!! Before Sean, no attorney could get my ex to even negotiate. I ended up being refunded all of my money after he collected on the order for my ex to pay all of my attorney fees. Thank you so much Sean!

Do Not Hire This Man – Do not hire this man! He is currently under investigation by the FBI in a multi-million dollar real estate scam. He showed up late to all of our court appearences. He made numerous promises to me that he did not keep. He made unnecessary court dates just to charge $1,200 for each one that the judge even claimed were not needed.To top it all off, he doesn't bother to let me know that he is supended from practicing law for the next 60 days, so he doesn't call or even show up at our last court appearance.... read more
Gotta Say!!! – I am so happy! I met with 6 attorney's all together. I found that no attorney would take my case for less than $5,000.00. I realized my case wasn't that complicated, but rather I still couldn't do it myself and needed help. Mr. Gjerde employed a paralegal that helped me throughout most of the process. Attorney – I want to say, I am impressed. I didn't think it could be done. My ex wife was making a fortune off of me this last few years. I was paying $2600.00 a month in support. This figure was argued by my ex wife's attorney in court (while I was representing myself). I then hired Mr. Gjerde after I could no longer make payments of $2600 a month. Affordable Doc Prep – After spending LITERALLY 2 DAYS in line at the court to just file for custody, I decided to go to an attorney.
