Jason Beddingfiled ignored all evidence we had brought to his attention about child abuse, neglect, risk of starvation that was proven from the state of Kentucky DCS, Medical Professional, and the police during a visitation we had with the child due to having visible marks on his body when we had picked him up from his mother. My son was granted emergency temporary custody of his son from a judge in Kentucky and Jason Beddingfiled threatened my son he was going to be arrested if he did not return his son to his abuser. I am concerned that this law firm has recently hired Jason Beddingfield. While acting as a magistrate in Blount Co, Mr. Beddingfield did not adhere to reporting child abuse allegations, specifically TN Juv Rule 301. I would not recommend him for any legal representation because of this. He either did not know TN mandated reporting laws or just failed to adhere to them.
