Do not go to the office! Rex passed away during my case and his office will not contact me back to get my retainer fee back. They appointed me to another law office who they said would be taking over my case but in fact they had no idea and said they were not taking over any cases and if i wanted to obtain them i had to start over with a new fee and councel.
Edit: Nice try Rex saying I didn’t pay my fees… I paid $2,500 and then my ex husband paid you an additional $3,000 and you said you would give me the extra $1,000 leftover. We agreed on a flat fee of $4,500 for your services. You are a liar and a pitiful excuse of an attorney. If I could give zero stars I would. Rex is a pathetic attorney. Was impossible to reach and did the absolute minimum work possible. He owes me money. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He will NOT be accessible or return any phone calls!
