I used the company and it worked for me, they done all that was to be done, yes his representer was there the first time, which he was very helpfull as well, But on are return i was able to meet ,Mr. Micheal Akana, Refered him to two friends, they also were very Pleased.
I hired Michael Akana for two bk's chap 7 & 13 in neither one of these cases an adversary was filed. The few hearings I had Michael Akana never showed up and sent his office assistant. At one hearing for the chap 13 no attorney was present to represent my husband. We are requesting a refund of 1,500.00 I am going to fle a complaint with the state bar for legal malpractice. Two people I trusted when I was referred to this law office let me down. They told me great things and he would be able to help me. That was not the case.
The service at this law firm is outstanding. The staff is kind, courteous and caring. They care about their clients. In my opinion they are the best in the industry.
