Like a lot of what the other reviews say, Lowell is genuinely an easy person to talk to. For some context, I used to work in the service industry and found that my employers were actively stealing money from me and the other servers on top of practicing in illegal business practices. I reached my breaking point when I was made to pay for a table that walked out on me, which is illegal in the state of Florida btw, I immediately contacted Lowell over the weekend and by Monday I was in his office signing papers. Awesome down to earth human being. No nonsense type of guy. Tells you the truth whether you like it or not. Sense of humor is on a thousand and he will make you laugh through out the storm.
