The staff at The Law Office of Leon Aussprung MD, LLC were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. From the start of my case until settlement, everything was transparent, easy to understand and done it a very professional manner. I cannot speak highly enough of James (Jim) Hockenberry and his paralegal Donna. They were both attentive, always available, and patiently answered any questions or concerns that I had throughout the duration of my case. If I could them more stars I would. Jim has been in my corner from the beginning. He listened to me and heard what I said and what I needed. He is very professional, trustworthy, he goes the extra mile. He was able to get a settlement for me far above my expectations. The office staff has been patient with me as I didn't always reply quickly. Although my case has gone through Covid times, Jim kept me updated and let me know my progress. Unfortunately, I had to fire Leon Aussprung just prior to, in all likelihood, a monetary settlement this year. He doesn’t quite seem to grasp the concept of Informed Consent. Medically, nor legally. I asked for the name of the “specialist” he wanted me to drive two hours to meet with. His response was, “I don’t mean to offend, but why do you need to know?” My case was an Informed Consent violation case. He could not have possibly asked me a more terrifying question.
