I reached out to Leo because I had a tenant landlord complaint in which I was filing for my security deposit back. He negotiated the price with me and scheduled me after I received my court date to come to his office to meet with him once I came to his office to meet with him, he stated that I could handle the case by myself, and I didn’t need to pay him the money that he was charging me. DO NOT CALL THIS GUY! I FOUND HIM ON GOOGLE AND TRY TO ASK HIM A QUESTION REGARDING LANDLORD, TENANT LAWS, AND NOT 10 SECONDS INTO THE CONVERSATION HE ASKED IF I WAS A LANDLORD OR A TENANT BECAUSE HE ONLY REPRESENTS LANDLORDS NOW! I RESPONDED A TENANT HE QUICKLY SAID I ONLY REPRESENT LANDLORDS, GOOD LUCK TO YOU, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! I FIND THIS TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! LANDLORDS SHOULD NOT USE HIM EITHER!
I used Leo to carry out an eviction process. This was my first eviction. I felt Leo made the process simple, timely, and cost-effective.
