I feel fortunate to have found Joel through his partner who retired, Ian Zimmerman. Both were super professional, smart as can be, efficient - and -- bonus - kind-hearted! Joel was patient with me since I had a concussion from being rear-ended at high speed, so I wasn't working at my best, then I moved cross country.
