Her communication never left me feeling lonely. She constantly made sure to keep me informed about not only the process, but also what her and her team were doing. She didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. Jocelyn was the reason I had a voice, my only regret is not finding her sooner to avoid some of the hassles the Army caused. She aggressively hunts down and finds answers. I hope to never be in a position that I need her again, though if I am, she's on speed dial.

Hello, my name is Porter. I would like to tell you about my experience with Jocelyn Stewart as our lawyer. Long story short my son found himself accused of an offense that he did not commit. He works for the military and with little to no regard for actual fact finding the military quickly built a case against my son. His career, freedom, and our long-standing family tradition of honorable service were at risk. She kept my son and I informed of all actions and was present for all hearings that required her to be present. At trial Jocelyn laid out the fault with the charges that were made against my son. It is one thing to watch a lawyer on TV, it is incredible to see yours in action in real life. Jocelyn was articulate, factual, passionate, and unyielding. In the end my son was cleared of all charges and returned to his honorable standing with the military. Without question Jocelyn’s knowledge of military law and court proceedings saved my son’s career. There are no words that can fairly describe the brilliance and warrior level skills of Jocelyn. Up until I acquired her as my lawyer I was totally lost and felt as though the Army was not listening to my side of the story. Jocelyn not only listened to my story but she aggressively did the research to prove my case. She presented the case to the board in a highly professional but firm manner and fought every tiny detail of the cause to ensure I was finally getting the fair treatment Jocelyn believes ALL Soldiers should get. There is no words that could be used to describe Jocelyn that could not be fairly made without including the words 'awesome' 'amazing' or 'excellent'. At every step of the process she was committed to my case and fought to ensure that she won. I do not believe that I would have had the positive results to my case without her. She was just incredible. I know this all sounds effusive but Jocelyn has completely and utterly earned every single word I have to say about her. IF you are ever in doubt about hiring a lawyer in your UCMJ case don't be. HIRE JOCELYN and you will hire the best possible UCMJ lawyer you can get. She is worth every penny.

As the parent of a son that was falsely accused as a cadet at West Point, I admire lawyers that stand up to commanders and fight for due process/justice. A GCM is grueling for the accused and family members. Having someone caring and competent on your side is everything. P.S. My son overcame this terrible experience and is a practicing lawyer. His job: promoting due process for the accused/exposing Title IX VIOLATIONS on college campuses. Thank you Jocelyn. We see you. We appreciate you.

There are no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for what Jocelyn Stewart has done for my family. We faced false accusations that only a miracle could save us from.
