Not sure if this guy is an attorney. I have paid him $900 to help me with a motion to set aside a small claim case. This man never filed my case since March 2022. Everything time I called him, he keeps telling me that he is working on my case. Now is has not returned my calls. I went to his office on w market to find out that is not longer there. I went to the court, turned out he never filed my case as of April 2023. I believe that James B Weeks is not attorney, he is a scammer. Guy M
