WORSTE EXPERIENCE EVER – THESE PEOPLE ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. i TOOK MY CAR THERE TODAY TO HAVE THE AC LOOKED AT AND AFTER 4 HOURS CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS OF DIAGNOSIS. THE GUY I TALKED TO WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARS AND THEN IT TOOK HIM FOREVER TO GET A SENTENCE OUT. ON TOP OF IT HE WAS NOT MAKING ANY SENSE. HE SAID THAT THE OTHER MECHANICS I TALKED TO DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING AND SO WHEN I ASKED HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MY CAR HE THEN ADMITTED HE DIDNT KNOW. Incompetent!!! – Don't trust this place w/ your car. They can't even diagnose simple brake issues!!! Crest Honda told us we needed to replace the right rear caliper for a leak in our Honda Accord but they were going to charge us way too much. So we took it to Jeff at L.A.W. He replaced the caliper but had to keep the car an extra day b/c the brakes were still not working. He said he didn't know what was wrong. Great Auto Repair Facility!! – I just moved to Nashville and my A/C didn't work. After doing some research on the internet I decided to take my truck here...I could not have made a better choice! The work was done at a very fair price. Jeff (If you notice most of the reviewers refer to him by first name) located the needed parts at a great price and his labor rates are very low for the quality you receive. Like other reviewers have stated...if you want your car fixed right the first time go to Latondress.

Good, Honest Shop – I was referred here because I go to school with the owners daughter. I was not disappointed by the work that Jeff put into my car. It needed a new transmission, had an oil leak, and something wrong with the starter! He was affordable and went out of his way to find the cheapest parts knowing that I am a graduate student and can't afford much. Horrible Customer Service – I was referred here by a friend, and after several visits getting the same treatment I stopped going. They simply WILL not return a phone call, their prices seem competitive but they are so busy that they can never get your car fixed in a timely fashion. And when I confronted them about this they were like if you dont like it tough find another mechanic. On top of all of that they MISDIAGNOSED my car sent me to the Ford dealer with a supposed 100$ fix that in reality was a 950$ fix... Warning stay... read more

Certainly one of the best in Nashville – What a relief to find a mechanic that is honest, reliable and consistently tries to do a good job. Jeff is the very rare mechanic who actually apologizes when the bill is high and seems to want to give you a fair price every time.

Best auto repair experience I've had in 40 years. Totally honest and fair. – I have not had a better experience at a mechanic or auto repair shop in more than 40 years. The auto shop manager, Jeff, could not have been more informative, helpful, and honest. He checked my auto, said he could do the work necessary, but that it would probably happen again and he didn't feel he should take my money and then have a broken car again. Nice, honest mechanic with best prices in town – I took my Grand Cherokee in to have the starter replaced (relatively minor procedure). I dropped it off around lunch, and it was done that afternoon. The price was exactly as quoted which was less than half some of the other places I called. I got to speak to Jeff for a while, and he was a very friendly guy. Best Mechanic Service in Nashville! – Whenever I've had car troubles over the past ten years, I've taken my car to Jeff and the technicians at Latondress Auto World. I always receive immediate attention, the turn-around time is quick, and the prices are extremely fair. Jeff always takes the time to explain what he has done for the car, what the initial problem was, and what to do to prevent trouble in the future. Excellent service!
