Oh my gosh I just read above review and I almost cried, part in sadness and part in laughter. Are you kidding me?? Jeff is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He's never overcharge me, usually under charges me and does all kinds of free work for me. He's never steered me wrong and always been available for me. Jeff Landress of LAW Auto is a liar, coward, and a cheat. His business practices are deplorable and the only positive of him refusing to finish the work he started on my car is that I won’t have to deal with him anymore or ever see him again. He doesn’t give straight answers, he doesn’t return phone calls, texts, or emails, and he lacks the common decency that small business owners in Nashville should have. I don't recommend this shop. 1200 bucks to do a complete overhaul of a rear end, axles and bearings. Only did one side and left the other. It went out a little over a year later. Charged for services that were not done, I.e transmission service, not one bolt was turned, filter not changed, pan was still dirty. Crooks

Nice Guys – LAW isn't for everyone, though. If the car that you need repaired is not your primary vehicle; if you don't depend on it for transportation to work and back; if you don't mind the lack of communication from your auto-shop; if you don't mind leaving it for at least a couple-few days, LAW could be a great shop for you, with affordable repairs from a nice bunch of guys.
Quick Work on spark plugs – I dropped a car off that I had just purchased in a person to person sale in the morning basically on a walk in, and by the afternoon they had done a computer diagnostic and discovered misfiring spark plugs. They replaced the plugs and charged nearly nothing in service, and the diagnostic was a good 10$ cheaper than I was quoted at the Pep Boys next door. Tranny service – Took my Nissan to Latondress Auto World to have my tranny serviced because it kept popping out of gear. I appreciate the fact that they are committed to maintaining a highly ethical and sound business which inspired trust on my part.
Fast Service – The oil changes are affordable and they get them done fast. The staff are great very professional, honest and friendly.
Speedy Service – I went to Latondress Auto World for an oil change. They got it done very quickly. I would say in under 20 minutes and with my busy schedule it worked out perfectly. Thank you so much for your speedy service and I will be back next time.
