Pleasantly surprised – I took my car in not knowing what to expect after my daughter had hit a curb hard and also noticing weird noises coming from my fairly newly bought used car. Latondress Auto World took it right in and fixed it very quickly and it didn't cost nearly as much as I had feared. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Trust – I have been going to Latondress for awhile now, and I trust the work that they do and there opinion on what needs to be done, I wouldn't go anywhere else !
Helpful Staff ! – Very friendly, sharp and extremely helpful staff. These guys KNOW THEIR STUFF and are very willing to help.
Reliable – Latondress Auto is a very reliable place for auto repairs. They are reasonable and do a great job. We have been able to trust them. They usually get the work done in an average amount of time. Great office staff. We have been completely satisfied with all their work. We would highly recommend them.
Detailed ! – I took my vehicle into there shop, I was referred by a friend to go there, they explain everything in detail, what is wrong and what they are going to fix, I feel very comfortable and happy with there services, now I will be the one referring them to other friends !

Valued Auto Service Provider – I have been taking all my vehicles to L.A.W. for several years. No matter what type of car it is, from Toyota to GMC the L.A.W. staff has always been knowledgeable and professional. The service I receive is second to none and does not break the bank. I would not take my vehicles to anyone else.
Consistently Good Service – I made my most recent trip to Latondress this week for a brake job and a few other things. As usual, the service was great and the price was very reasonable. I have been having work done there for 15 years and have alwalys been treated fairly. The only thing I would suggest would be to call in the middle of the afternoon to make sure your car will be ready at the end of the day. I will not use any other mechanic in Nashville!
affordable is not always the best – I saw some of the reviews posted and wanted to add that I recently went to this shop and was also very unsatisfied with the attitudes and misdiagnosis I got on my truck. When I asked questions the people there acted like I was inconvienencing them by asking. I quickly became uncomfortable with the lack of communication and how long it took to get an answer and in turn decided to go elsewhere.
