Aaron is a plea case attorney, he has no interest in defending you in court. When I explained I wanted to fight my case, he suggested meeting with another attorney to go over the specifics of the case. It was no different than being questioned by the police. They played the good cop bad cop routine and spent an hour trying to convince me into taking a plea constantly telling me the conviction rate for DUI in Marin being 97 percent regardless of the fact that I never drove with alcohol in my system.
