******** customer service is an understatement. I had a legit overdue HOA payment they were collecting in October of 2023. It was an oversight on my part. It took me three attempts to get in touch with them. I finally got someone on the phone. I wanted to confirm the amount due. I paid the amount quoted. Almost 9 months later, I get a delinquency Notice and threat of foreclosure. This was irritating as I had not received a HOA bill. Horrible customer service, I can tell you this! PLEASE MAKE sure they sent your payment to your insurance company for homeowners insurance after closing on your home. Mine was never sent and it cost me about 1500.00, also had no insurance on my home for a year with no knowledge of it, THANK GOD nothing happened. They could not give me any reason other than the "check got lost in the mail"......so obviously they don't balance their books or do their taxes. They had no idea that the check never made it to the insurance company... read more
