Brought my truck in for an inspection. The inspection brought up only one issue that was shown to me. Made the appointment to get the part replaced. Frank drove me back to my house and when the work was completed, brought he truck to me, (keep in mind, I live 3 miles down the road). Despite my truck giving them a harder time than expected to complete the work, Frank honored the original estimated cost without question. Frank at Lav's delivers 5 star service and follow-up. Lav's has "adopted" my 04 airbagged Ram and has treated it like one of their own. Frank has fabricated a super trick custom bed for the truck to hide the air system that has drawn compliments and thumbs up wherever the truck goes. Every time the truck or my daily driver Toyota has been in to Lav's for service, I have been treated with honest and open communication and extremely fair labor rates.
