I have Frank detail my truck often.He does an amazing job and his attention to detail is like no one else I have used.I have also used there service for my company vehicles and prices are more than reasonable and quality work.
Long story short, the Friday before Christmas (2017) we DROVE our car to Franks shop to have him simply replace the thermostat and heater core. Not only did he give us the run around, but he screwed us over in every way possible, along with being so incredibly rude and unprofessional when I was asking questions. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here! Frank is very accommodating and personable and I appreciated how upfront he was about all the information on his vehicles! I would 10 out of 10 suggest purchasing a vehicle from Lav's Auto in the future!
I was unexpectedly desperate for a car, and took a half-hearted look at Craigslist. As a woman with a limited budget, I was dreading the experience of buying another car, but Frank and Krystal were a real pleasure to work with! I never once felt pressured or talked down to.
