RecommendedAlways have used them but they have got to get better system in taking care of people who sets in the parking lot waiting on to be served.Seems to be taking people before others who have set waiting for someone to come out and take names My Fluffy just wanted his shots.Plus they need more phone lines can’t even get a call in the line is busy
Yesterday my husband and I brought in our sweet dog Sampson who hasn't been feeling well. Unfortunately we received bad news. Although our visit didn't go as we had hoped I am so thankful for the compassionate heart that cared for our pet and how the news was delivered in such a caring manner.

After a few good experiences, today we are done. We put on masks like the sign on the door states is *required* and without even getting both feet inside the door, the receptionist, who was *not* wearing the "required" mask gruffly yelled at us to wait outside until she could get to us. I don't mean asked - yelled. We only wanted to ask if our cat could be seen today, but seeing that sort of anger and impatience toward us, I'm glad we didn't leave our cat there.
Pat and the entire staff are compassionate and love our animals as much as we do. My family and our pets have been with Pat since 1978.
