Left disappointed, the lady who was doing my pedicure definitely rushed through and was very rough, left with a bunch of cuts around my cuticles causing them to bleed, and a sloppy paint job. Not worth it for the price.
I usually have Frankie as my eyelash tech. When calling to schedule a touch up, they said Jenny was who was available due to Frankie being gone recently. I also let them know I wasn't picky and that would be ok. While Jenny was working on my eyelashes today, my eyes started burning. So disappointed with what happened yo my daughter. Please see the inspiration photo my daughter showed the tech and the photo my of what daughter actually got. My daughter asked if they could cut her lashes after she saw the finished work and the tech told her she didn't recommend it. My daughter also told the tech she had a few bald spots and if that could be addressed. Anyway long story short... I got 2 or 3 different people texting me from the business, one was kind and accommodating asking if we could come back to redo. ... read more
